IMMEDIATE NEED:
Seeking an individual to sell our services to regional and nationwide customers within the Boston to New York City corridor. Must have at least three years experience selling voice and data cabling systems and be well versed in structured wiring and network topologies. Ability to estimate voice and data cabling projects required. Must be able to effectively communicate within organization for successful project completion. Familiarity with roll-out projects a plus. RCDD a plus. Reports to Regional Sales Manager - New England. We will supply a portable computer and necessary equipment for individuals that prefer to work out of their home.
Base salary, car allowance, commission plan, company benefits (see information below).

Because of the dynamic nature of our business, openings for Site Managers and Installers arise quickly for various locations throughout the US. Site Manager requirements are typically the same as above. Requirements for Installers are similar, but candidates need only two (2) years hands-on experience, and less supervisory skill. Benefits:
Connectivity offers medical, dental and life insurance coverage to full-time employees. Employees pay 40% of premium on a pre-tax basis. An individual disability plan is available; employee defines the terms of his/her plan through the agent and pays 100% of the premium through payroll deductions. Deductions under this plan are not pre-tax so that any benefits received under the plan would be tax free. Connectivity also has a 401(k) plan available to employees who are 21 years of age and have completed one year of service with the company. Pre-tax deductions from 1-15% of salary are allowed to be invested in various funds including State Street Bank, Putnam and Fidelity Investments.
